When I said a couple weeks ago that all Haitians living in the United States should receive $5,000, I was just kidding. It was intended as a joke and not to be taken seriously.
What I meant to say was that they should each receive $7,500 and have all their debts forgiven. I was serious about the lifetime of free healthcare.
