It's Not about Religion - award finalist

The Society of Midland Authors, based in Chicago and covering the Midwestern United States, has selected It's Not about Religion as a finalist in the Adult Nonfiction category for their 57th annual awards banquet.

The SMA gives awards in six categories; for Adult Nonfiction there was one winner and three runners-up, or "finalists."

Simply a great bit of news. Upon being informed of this, I immediately thought of those who played key roles in the book's creation and promotion. The people at Perceval Press tended to everything from the manuscript, cover design, and binding with meticulous care. Friend, colleague, and longtime co-conspirator Mark Eleveld has been the book's standard-bearer since day one. Well done, everybody. That little book is something we can all be proud of.
